  • Graduate of Dixie Heights High School in South Fort Mitchell, Ky where I was the lead alto sax player in the Cool Colonels
  • Graduated from Millikin University with a BA degree in Musical Performance and was lead alto player in the Millikin University Jazz Band
  • Toured with the Stan Kenton Orchestra as lead alto player in 1970 and 1971
  • Was Band Director at Clinton-Massie schools for 9 years
  • Was Band Director at Blanchester Local Schools for 10 years
  • Graduated from Xavier University with a Masters Degree in Educational Administration
  • Was Middle School Principal at Goshen Schools for 2 years
  • Was Elementary Principal at Williamsburg Local Schools for 4 years
  • Was Superintendent of Schools at Williamsburg Local Schools for 3 years
  • Was Junior High School Principal and Assistant High School Principal at Deer Park Community Schools for 2 years
  • Have played professional with the Temptations, The Nelson Riddle Orchestra, The Harry James Orchestra and backed vocalists Bill Hayes, Florence Henderson, John Davidson, played with Dee Barton, Bill Holman and Butch Miles.
  • Currently teaches private lessons three days a week and plays professionally in his own big band with vocalist Pam Noah, plays with the Dayton Jazz Orchestra and does concerts with the Lebanon Symphony Orchestra.
