Playtech Acquires Casual Games Developer Funtactix
On line gambling technology giant Playtech announced on Tuesday that it has made another move towards bolstering its casual games providing by purchasing popular social and gaming that is mobile Funtactix. Details on the deal have remained undisclosed.
Headquartered in New York, Funtactix comes with offices in la, Tel Aviv, and Jerusalem, and it is understood for developing social and games that are mobile on a wide range of popular movies and franchises, with Mission: Impossible and The Hunger Games being just handful of these.
Apart from creating in-house gaming games, the organization can be known for working with a number of entertainment leaders such as Lions Gate Entertainment and Paramount. A year ago, Funtactix announced the launch of its publishing division FTX Games, aided by the latter being concerned with posting major gaming games and linking third-party gaming developers to holders of intellectual home.
